You work with the person who builds it

When integrity is the product, a layer of account managers between you and the engineering is a liability, not a feature. With ReportProof you talk directly to the person who writes the code, runs the anchoring, and can explain in plain terms exactly how a given record is proven. Nothing is lost in translation, because there is no translation — and I'd rather answer your hardest question myself than hand it to a junior to guess at.

The point is that you don't have to trust me

Most tools ask you to trust their own audit log — kept by the same company that could quietly change the record. ReportProof is the opposite. Each record's cryptographic fingerprint is anchored to public blockchains — Vaulta for an instant proof receipt, and Bitcoin (via OpenTimestamps) as the strongest long-term backstop — so a regulator, a court, a claimant, or your own board can verify a record was not altered or backdated without trusting me, you, or ReportProof.

The proofs use open, standard formats and public chains. If ReportProof disappeared tomorrow, the proofs you already hold would still verify. That is the whole idea: no lock-in, and no vendor you have to believe.

Where I'm honest about the limits

Tamper-evidence is powerful, but it isn't magic — and a product that overclaims here is worthless the first time it's tested. So, plainly, what it does and doesn't do:
